The Residency Program in Pediatrics of the University of Rome Tor Vergata is coordinated by Prof. Paolo Rossi.
It offers 10 positions every years at the Bambino Gesù Children’s Hospital. Each position lasts 5 years.
Other affiliated Hospitals are:
- The Unit of Pediatrics of the Tor Vergata University Hospital (PTV).
- The Units of Neonatology of the Fatebenefratelli Hospital San Pietro.
- The Units of Neonatology of the Casilino Hospital.
In this multidisciplinary network of specialized Pediatric Units, each Resident performs mandatory and optional periods of trainings.
Residents are also encouraged to participate in several National and International research projects.
Residents are also encouraged to spend part of their training period (6 months) in major National and International Institutions in partnership with the Residency Program.
